The first written references to the Zweifel family’s Höngg vines date back to 1440. As well as the Zurich city sites of Klingen and Riedhof, every autumn exceptional grapes from the family’s vineyards in Regensberg, Otelfingen, Stäfa and Remigen AG and from friendly local winegrowers are brought to Höngg where city winemaker Urs Zweifel uses the latest expertise and state-of-the-art technology to transform them into wine, being named one of Switzerland’s top 100 winemakers (by Vinum) in the process.
